How are your products made?

Each piece is crafted on demand using premium printing techniques. This approach reduces overproduction and waste while ensuring your item is created especially for you.

What does “made on demand” mean?

Your item isn’t sitting in a warehouse — it’s produced after you place your order. This allows for thoughtful, waste‑free production and ensures every piece is fresh, newly made, and handled with care.

All‑Over Printing (AOP)

What is all‑over printing?

Some items in our shop use all‑over printing (AOP). The base fabric is always white, which is why the “Color” option may show white. Don’t worry — you’re not buying a plain white product. You’re getting the exact design shown in the preview, printed edge‑to‑edge in full color.

Will the print look exactly like the preview?

Yes — the design you see is the design you receive. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but the final product will match the artwork shown.

Do you offer free shipping?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by region, typically 6–22 days depending on your location and local postal services.

Because each item is made on demand. Your piece is created, printed, and finished after you place your order — not pulled from a warehouse. This ensures quality, reduces waste, and supports responsible production.

Customs & Duties

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Most regions do not incur additional customs fees, but some countries may apply VAT, GST, or import duties depending on local regulations. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are outside our control.

If a fee applies, your postal service will notify you before delivery.

Because each item is made specifically for you, returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
